These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of seanoor.market and any related applications, APIs and services (the "Marketplace") operated by Sea Noor United Group, Commercial Registration No. [CR Number], registered office at [Registered Address], Muscat, Sultanate of Oman ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept these Terms.
1. The Marketplace
The Marketplace is an online platform that connects independent sellers with buyers. We are not the seller of record for items listed by third-party sellers. Where an item is sold by us directly, the storefront page will identify us as the seller.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address and phone number, and to keep that information up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse or material breach of these Terms.
3. Orders, Pricing and Payment
- Listings are an invitation to treat. The contract of sale is concluded when we confirm acceptance of your order by email or in your account.
- Prices are shown in Omani Rial (OMR) and include VAT at the prevailing rate of five per cent (5%) where applicable.
- We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment instruments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms.
- We may cancel any order before dispatch where the price was clearly mistaken, where stock is unavailable or where there is reasonable evidence of fraud. In such cases the full amount is refunded promptly.
4. Delivery
Delivery times stated on the storefront are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If the courier cannot reach you and the parcel is returned to the seller, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; redelivery may incur an additional fee.
5. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within fourteen (14) days of delivery, in line with the Consumer Protection Law of Oman (Royal Decree 66/2014). Detailed conditions, including non-returnable categories and the cost of return shipping, are set out in the Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Marketplace for any unlawful purpose, or to infringe the rights of any third party;
- attempt to interfere with the operation of the Marketplace or to circumvent any security measure;
- scrape, mirror or republish substantial portions of the Marketplace without our prior written consent;
- post reviews, ratings or content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene or contrary to Omani public morals;
- use the Marketplace to send unsolicited commercial communications.
7. User-Generated Content
By posting reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, display and adapt that content for the operation and promotion of the Marketplace. You warrant that the content is yours to share and does not infringe any third-party right. We may remove any content that, in our reasonable opinion, breaches these Terms or applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The trade marks, logos and software comprising the Marketplace are owned by us or by our licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our prior written consent. Listing content (titles, descriptions, images) belongs to the respective seller and may be protected by additional rights.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Omani law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, lost profits or business interruption arising from your use of the Marketplace. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Privacy
Our processing of your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least thirty (30) days before they take effect, and the document will always carry an "effective date".
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes that the parties cannot resolve by negotiation within thirty (30) days will be referred to the competent courts of Muscat.
